If the products are immediately available in our shop, all the orders will be shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00 in the afternoon.

Missions are throughout Greecein every town and village which is supported by the network of ACS Courier.

CAUTION: In order to receive your order must be valid telephone number for we can in case we need to contact you for the delivery of your order.
Shipping time
The delivery of your order is completed within 5 working days for Greece.
For example:
The orders that you choose to pay through bank deposit or transfer wire transfer from a different bank than our own, is completed when you confirm the deposit or transfer.
The orders that you choose to be paid with cash, and if they don't have any problem with the order details, it is instantly confirmed.
The packages are delivered from Monday to Friday and always in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of ACS Courier.
In the case that you don't allow for the delivery of your order, the sender will leave you a note or send a message (SMS) to the mobile phone you have registered in your order, the delivery, and contact with the branch of the ACS
Note that shipping times may change due to unforeseen factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special treatment, strikes, delays, transport companies, holidays, festivals etc.l.
To identify the order
Each client who has given an electronic address (e-mail) and mobile phone in the elements of the day of dispatch of the order receives a unique number with the code shipping.
With this number it is possible to track your order in the tracking system of the ACS.
Receipt from the store
The receipt from the store is not possible for all purchases will be submitted to our online shop and have been selected as billing address the area of the Prefecture of Heraklion . In the event that you have indicated at the completion of your order that you wish to collect from our store, you will be notified by phone or email in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified with the new communication. Your order will remain available for delivery for 3 calendar days. In case you don't receive it within this time limit, the order will be cancelled. If you have made online payment of, the amount of your order will be returned to you within (14) calendar days.
The receipt of your order from the store can be made upon request with us.
NOTE 1: No product will not be bound without nominal order. Our company reserves the right to request prepayment on any order as well as to change prices without notice. Orders may take 1-5 working days to be processed.
NOTE 2: any Changes or additions to registered orders, it is possible to take place if it has not started processing the order and if you don't have 60 minutes of registering.
NOTE 3: Please keep in mind that the Cash on delivery (if you choose) is payment method and it's not related to shipping.
